Were you made to feel welcome when you joined Southcare Homes Group?
“Both proprietors, Mrs Nanji and her son, Karim, really went above and beyond to make me feel confident and supported when I first started working within the group. Mrs Nanji, has such a welcoming personality and still carries out training sessions for staff. She answered all my questions when I first started.”
All of our staff undergo regular training sessions to ensure our residents receive the best care and are in safe and capable hands. We have in-house and external training sessions, NVQ training and further opportunities to allow our staff to reach their full potential at Southcare Homes.
